When you submit a form (for example to request our free book), we store what you enter — such as your name, email, phone, ZIP, and how you found us (link source and campaign tags) — to deliver what you asked for and to follow up.
We send the book you requested to your email. If you check the box to receive occasional emails, we may send helpful updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
On some pages we use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to signups, and to help those ads reach people likely to be interested. This shares technical information — your browser's identifiers, IP address, the page visited, and the fact that a signup happened — with Meta Platforms. We do not send your name, email, phone, or your answers to Meta. For visitors in regions that require prior consent (such as the EU, UK, and Switzerland), this measurement is turned off.
You can limit ad tracking through your browser's privacy settings or Facebook's ad preferences, or contact us to ask that your information be deleted.
If you request planning help, your name, contact details, and answers are shared with Sword & Shield Estate Planning, the company that runs this directory, so they can contact you about estate planning and, where you ask, insurance. If you contact a listed business through an inquiry form, your message is sent to that business. We never sell your information.
We may store contact details in our customer management tools (such as HighLevel) to manage follow-up. We don't sell your information.
